NY Post reports Gendebien under State Police investigation

New York, NY – 6 October 2026 – The New York State Police confirmed that Blake Gendebien is under investigation for dumping garbage and polluting Upstate New York, according to a report in the New York Post today.

A State Police spokesperson told the New York Post that “the matter remains under investigation.”

“Gendebien is under criminal investigation,” said Anthony Constantino. “This confirms that Kathy Hochul’s DEC shamefully tried to cover up illegal pollution into a public waterway.”

The Constantino campaign is calling on Gendebien to answer publicly for the criminal conduct now under State Police review and had demanded he pay the estimated $200,000 clean up fee immediately.
