Gendebien deletes paid digital ad featuring “three-time Trump voter” after it’s revealed that it stars his own former employee who has not voted
Edinburg, NY – 3 October 2026 – Democrat Blake Gendebien ran a heavily funded digital ad served voters in New York in which Eric "Tank" Richards tells North Country voters that he is a three-time Trump voter now backing Gendebien.
Town Hall revealed that Richards is a Gendebien employee, and records show he hasn’t voted in the last 4 elections making his claim an obvious lie.
Records sourced from the St. Lawrence County Board of Elections show Richards is not a registered Republican, and he has not voted in any of the last three general or primary elections, making it impossible for him to have voted for President Trump three times, as the ad claims.
“Blake Gendebien was caught paying ‘Tank’ to lie in an ad claiming he was a 3X Trump voter who was switching to vote Gendebien. Town Hall uncovered that ‘Tank’ was a Gendebien employee who didn't vote in any of the past 4 elections,” said Anthony Constantino. “Making an employee lie on his behalf shows Blake is an unethical scoundrel with an abusive temperament who forces his own employees to lie on his behalf. Given Blake's expenditure on this dishonest ad, local media must let voters know that Blake and ‘Tank’ were caught lying.”
Following reports that the entire ad is a lie, Blake Gendebien quietly deleted it from his X and Facebook account, hoping nobody would notice.
Meanwhile the Richards family has taken to attacking Constantino on Facebook after it was exposed that the entire ad was a lie.
